POWDER EYE LINER BRUSH
DRY TECHNIQUE
Load up both sides of the eyeliner brush with powder liner, and then tap it onto a tissue to get rid of any excess powder. Hold the brush with the bristles parallel to the lash line and wiggle the brush side to side into the roots of your eyelashes. Repeat this step for the lower lash line.
WET TECHNIQUE
Wet your liner brush, then drag it back and forth on a tissue to get almost all of the water off. Do this to both sides of the brush then load up both sides of your brush with liner. Hold the brush with the bristles parallel to the lash line and wiggle the brush side to side into the roots of your eyelashes. Repeat this step for the lower lash line. This wet technique will make the eye liner depper and more dramatic.
